Construction Activity in KF Park

Drilling activities began on July 21, 2014 in KF Park for the District's new irrigation well. The well has proven to be a good producer so the Board of Directors approved a change order to install a larger capacity pump. Work on the well should resume soon and be completed by the first week of September. The well will provide ground water for irrigation, lessening the District's use of treated water from the City of Austin.

We apologize for any noise or inconvenience these activities may cause for residents nearby. The park and trail will remain open during this time, except for brief periods when equipment is moving in or out of the area.

Pardon our Dust

We are excited to announce that our community center on Klattenhoff Dr. will finally begin its renovation Monday, August 18th . The building has been well used by our community and deserves a facelift. The majority of the renovation will take place inside and will have little, if any, disturbance to the park area. The project is slated to finish near the end of November and should be ready for rentals and events sometime in December of this year. Stay tuned!
