Mission Statement

The Mission of Wells Branch Municipal Utility District is to foster a model community by providing consistently high quality, customer-oriented utility, recreation, and municipal services at reasonable costs while maintaining the district's financial integrity.

To accomplish the MUD's mission, the board of directors and employees will strive to:

  • Treat all residents and those individuals doing business with the MUD fairly and impartially
  • Listen to the desires and expectations of those individuals
  • Exhaust all reasonable option to meet those desires and expectations
  • Implement solutions that will provide the greatest benefit for the greatest number of individuals while not ignoring the need of the minority
  • Continually look for ways to improve our service to the community
