Large Item Disposal

There is an opportunity for Wells Branch residents to discard their unwanted bulky items on the 2nd Saturday of the month. Dumpsters will be available at the Maintenance Office at 13905 Thermal Drive. The hours for drop off are 8am – 5pm (We will close when the dumpsters are filled or 5pm at the latest, so come out early.).

Paint	Tires	Batteries	Freon Containing Devices
Gas	Computers/TV's	Water Heaters	Chemicals/Pesticides

Household Hazardous Waste Collection

Here’s your chance to clean out that garage or shed! Bring your old batteries, oil, paint, and antifreeze to the WB maintenance shop at 13905 Thermal Dr. Oil, paint and anti-freeze need to be in closed containers. If bringing car or boat batteries, a cardboard box would be appreciated (but not necessary). Please do not bring pesticides, fertilizer, tires, etc. to this pick up site as we are limited as to what we can collect and transport.
