I have a water leak, what should I do?
If you see bubbling out of the ground or down the curb, please call Crossroads Utility at (512)246-1400.  If the leak is on your side of the meter, you will probably need to call a good plumber.

Can I get a credit on my account for my water leak?
Please call Crossroads Utility at (512)246-1400.

Can I get my late fees/penalties waived?
If a customer did not receive a bill, the late fees might be waived; the customer must contact Crossroads Utility at (512)246-1400.  If the customer sent their payment in late, (at 5:01pm on the 20th or later) the late fee will automatically be added and penalties cannot be waived.

I didn’t get a bill.
Please contact Crossroads Utility (512)246-1400 or Wells Branch Municipal Utility District (512)251-9814, for your balance.

Can I postdate a check?
No.

What is my winter averaging?
Normal winter averaging is Dec-Feb.  The Board reviews the winter averaging each year and may determine the months accordingly.  Each year may be different.

My online BillPay did not go through on time.
You must show proof from your bank that it was mailed on time from the bank.  When payment is done by BillPay through your bank, Crossroads does not receive it electronically.  The bank cuts a live check and mails it to Crossroads; this may take up to 10 days for receipt.  Please set the BillPay at least 10 days before the 20th so that it is sure to get to Crossroads on time.

Can you waive my disconnect fees?
They can get $100 waived by signing up for automatic draft.

Can I make payment arrangements?
Yes, but it will be one on a case-by-case basis.  Crossroads will need to review your account history, please contact them at (512)246-1400.

I cannot pay my bill at all.
You may want to contact www.211centraltexas.org to locate a resource in the community that may assist you.

Can you draft my credit card on a different day other than the 20th?
No, this is not possible with our current water management company.
 
I have been away for 3 months, why did I still get a bill?
You are charged a minimum amount whether you are in your home or not.
