Creating an account

Existing Customers (Since April 2010)

Anyone who has purchased a recreation tag or registered for a class with us since Arpil 2010 already has an account created. Your login is the email address you used when signing up. If you do not remember the password given to you, you can use the password recovery option to have a new one sent to you. If you have changed your email address you may contact the recreation staff to have your account updated.

New Customers

New customers can request an online account here. All new accounts will need to be approved by staff. This may take 1-2 business days. This approval process is necessary to ensure that account holders are given the correct In-District and Out-Of District pricing when conducting transactions online.

Note: To qualify as an in-district resident, you must live within the boundaries of the Wells Branch Municipal Utility District. The name of the account holder must also match the name of the water billing account holder. If you live in the District, but are not the water billing account holder you will need to stop by the Recreation Center to create your account.
