Payment Methods:
Cash, check,
or credit card is accepted. Recreation tags may be purchased
at the MUD Office ONLY. Payment is DUE when
you fill out an application form. Make check payable to
Wells Branch MUD.
B.
Fee for Recreation Tag:
We would like to recommend
that you and others at the same address purchase an
ANNUAL ALL FACILITIES Tag which will give you
access to every district recreational facility, including
the newly completed indoor recreation center, plus a
discount on facilities rental (some restrictions apply). If
you will only use the pools, the ANNUAL POOL Tag is
the best deal. Ask a MUD employee for other types of tags
(Outdoor or Indoor) that are available. The table below
lists the fees and types of recreation tags:

Dollar Court, Texas Topaz, Three Point, Wave Crest,
Wild Senna, and all apartments on Shoreline. See

**For
multiple user membership, two adults and up to six
children under age 21 at the same address are allowed.
If you discover that you would like to use facilities other
than those that you have purchased a recreation tag to use,
you may upgrade by paying the difference in the original
price and $5.00 for each person covered under the
application.
C. Certification:
Certification for the Fitness room must be done before you
can use it.

certification.

Day Usage Fee
$5 / person
(in-district) or $10 / person (out-of-district).

Guest Pass
FREE
guest passes will be issued to a Multiple User
Annual ALL Facilities Tag holder (five per
address).
Guests who do not possess a
free guest pass may pay a guest fee of $2 per person
if s/he is a guest of an
in-district recreation tag
holder; or $4 per person if s/he is a guest of an
out-of-district recreation tag holder.
In all cases the guest must
be accompanied by the qualified recreation tag Holder.
F. Recreation Tag is required at ALL times
for Admission
A
patron must show the appropriate recreation tag to a MUD
employee when entering MUD recreational facilities.
Individual who does not possess a recreation tag will have
to pay the appropriate day usage or guest fee. There will be
a $5 fee per tag to replace a lost tag.
G.
Information Needed on the Application Form
Your name and one other adult (if applicable), and
children’s name (multiple user membership only), date of
birth, complete address and telephone number, medical
information, and your signature.
