4th Fest

Wells Branch is famous for our family-friendly 4thFest celebration and this July marks the event’s 20th anniversary. This year promises to be extra special as the Board of Directors and staff is pulling out all the stops to host a great event for Wells Branch residents.

The tradition continues with a short 1-mile parade through part of the neighborhood, leaving from and returning to Katherine Fleischer Park at 10 a.m. Keep an eye open for your District Board Members and other special guests. If your home is along this year’s parade route, we encourage you to decorate your home and be outside as we pass by.

Once the parade returns, there will be an afternoon filled with multiple activities, from games inside KF pool, balloon twisting clowns, music from Motown group “The Legends,” food from local vendors, a rock wall, a dunk tank, carnival games, a kid’s train, face painting, a caricature artist, a photo booth and more!

As the afternoon winds down, we invite you to joinWells Branch Celebrates The20th Anniversary of 4thFest
us for a fireworks show to remember. The display will be fired over Willow Bend Pool at the corner of Sauls Drive and Bratton Lane beginning at 9:45 p.m. Spectators can view the show anywhere along Shoreline Drive, Long Vista Drive, Bratton Lane and even Mills Pond. No parking or spectators will be allowed on Sauls Drive from Bratton Lane to Crissom Drive. Parking will be limited so we encourage local residents to walk or bike utilizing the various bike lanes and hike and bike trail.
