Wells Branch MUD

Mission Statement

The District works in a cost effective and efficient way to support the vision by monitoring, tracking, and ensuring quality of life in the District. Quality of life has been defined as safe and reliable water supply, well maintained parks and facilities, recreational opportunities, general safety, and stable and appreciating property values.

4th Fest

Wells Branch is famous for its 4thFest celebration. The day begins with a short parade starting at KF Park at 10am. Spectators are welcome to line the street to watch. Please contact the Recreation Manager at 512-251-9814 if you would like to have a float in the parade. When the parade returns, there’ll be an afternoon of entertainment under the big tent (see schedule below), concessions from local restaurants and community service groups offering a variety of items to enjoy, and activities for the kids around Katherine Fleischer Park. KF pool will be open and free to the public as well.

The Silent Auction is back this year and benefits the WBNA. Money raised from this event funds the Easter Egg Hunt, National Night Out, our participation in Halloween Trunk or Treat, Friday night at Luminary Fest and all of the educational and safety seminars we put on throughout the year. Come check out all the wonderful gift baskets and gift certificates donated by WB friends, neighbors and businesses and start placing your bids at soon as the parade returns.
