Rental
fees for Community Center for in-district residents
is a $200 deposit ($300 deposit if serving alcohol) and $150 for 1st 3 hours and $30 every hour after.
The Community Center contains a full-service
kitchen, 120 chairs and 14 6 foot tables for your
use at no additional charge. If you choose, we also
have a piano, ice chest and podium for your use at
no extra charge. The center holds a maximum of 120
people inside. The rental deposit is due up front
and you have 45 days before your event to pay the
refundable cleaning deposit. To rent out one of our
facilities, please come to our office at 3000
Shoreline Drive and fill out a rental contract.
Out-of-district requires a $300 deposit ($400 if serving alcohol), and an additional $200 for 1st 3 hours and $50
every hour after.
