Aerobics
This class combines step aerobics with weights & bands for toning
& conditioning. Weights, steps, and bands are provided.

Mondays 6:15 pm – 7:15 pm
Tuesdays 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Wednesdays 6:15 pm – 7:15 pm

Gain flexibility and tone muscle with gentle weigh-bearing
exercises in a non-purist, relaxed setting.
